In this episode Jan and RJ interview Shwaiz Bhatti. Shwaiz is a graduate of Walsh University and is currently pursuing a degree in human factor psychology at Arizona State University. This is a emerging field of psychology, Shwaiz was unaware the field even existed until late in his college career. Since joining the field he has done research with the Air Force, Army, and other government agencies. Listen as Shwaiz offers advice on: ⁃ How to go against the grain ⁃ How to deal with changing majors and parents that may not understand ⁃ The importance of doing what you love vs what others think is right for you.
